The History of CPCS Courses

CPCS stands for the Construction Plant Competence Scheme and is one of the most widely recognised qualification schemes for UK plant operators.

CPCS cards are accepted across sites nationwide and prove competency in operating plant machinery.

Novice vs Experienced Courses

Both our Wokingham and Bracknell centres are equipped to deliver CPCS courses for the machines of your choice.

If you have been operating for years, we recommend doing an Experienced Course. This shorter course allows you to skip the basics and focus on correcting bad habits.

If you are new to operating or have limited experience, we recommend doing a Novice Course. This course allows you more time to get to grips with the fundamentals.
