In this 90-minute experience, you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to work as a team on a construction site. Together you’ll learn how to manoeuvre across rough terrain, excavate bucketfuls of mud, and discharge loads from the dumper.

What happens on the day?

On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your instructor and led to the yard. After a quick briefing and demonstration, you’ll take full control over the machine. Throughout the 90-minute experience, you’ll carry out various activities with support from your instructor.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 16 (under 18s must have parental/guardian consent)
Minimum height: 5ft
Spectators are welcome (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
Participants must complete our online waiver before completing their experience
Participants must have a good understanding of English for instruction purposes
Participants must be in reasonable health and able to operate hand and foot controls
Those deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate

Availability

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date. Experiences are available Monday to Sunday throughout the year. Exclusions may apply. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability. Please allow 90 minutes for the full experience.

Insurance

Our centres hold public liability insurance. You will not be liable for accidental damage to the equipment, except where caused by recklessness or wilful negligence.
