CITB Employer Networks

What is the CITB Employer Network?

CITB Employer Networks can simplify how you access the support your business needs. The scheme offers advice on managing budgets and provides up to £25,000 in yearly funding for training.

How Can Your Business Benefit?

One-to-One Support

Once you sign up, you will be assigned to the CITB Employer Network in your local area. Get the support that your business needs – with over 30 Employer Networks across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Make use of the one-to-one support available from your local Employer Network advisor.

Excellent Funding

Once you sign up, you will have access to up to £25,000 of yearly funding. This can be put towards anything that supports your business – such as trade skills, digital skills, or net zero initiatives.

This funding can be used to cover up to 70% of any training costs – making upskilling more accessible than ever. There are no lengthy application processes, your local advisor is there to keep things simple.

Example – How Much Will This Save?

Let’s say you want to invest in CPCS Crane Supervisor training for your employee. Below is how BAM Construction Training would work alongside your local Employer Network to set up this course.

Course Cost: £1195+VAT

Funding Available: £1003.80 (70%)

Final Cost: £430.20 (30%)
